Toilet seat cushions are available as an optional add-on to eliminate the gap between the toilet seat and bowl or to fix tilting. If, after installing a toilet bidet, the gap between your seat and the toilet bowl measures 1/2" to 3/4", it is strongly recommended to place cushions under your seat to level and stabilize it.

The 4 cushions install easily by peeling off the adhesive backing, then pressing firmly to adhere to the toilet seat.

Installation:

  1. Lift your toilet seat and thoroughly clean underneath to remove any debris that could reduce adhesion.
  2. Peel the red backing off the toilet cushions to expose the adhesive side.
  3. Place the cushions on the selected areas of the toilet seat. Press the cushions firmly against the seat to secure them in place.

What are the cushions made of?

They are made from three materials:
  • The gray cushion is made of TPE, a type of soft plastic rubber. It provides cushioning and absorbs impact when the seat lowers back down.
  • The core is made of ABS, a rigid plastic. It forms the structure that keeps the cushion shaped correctly.
  • Under the red backing, there is a thin layer of EVA foam (somewhat spongy, the material used for bath sponges) with adhesive to keep it securely in place under the toilet seat.
